Job Title: Cruise Line Phone Agent (No Experience)
Our company seeks reliable, friendly, and customer service-oriented individuals to work as phone agents. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their first job or those who want to work from home with flexible 6-hour shifts. The position pays a fixed rate of $10 per hour.
As a phone agent, you will provide customer service support to our clients. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
No experience is required for this position, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, all applicants must pass a $30 background check before engagement. The background check fee is reimbursed upon completion of training.
To support your success, we have created a 90-day ramp-up plan with a total of $150 in bonuses. This plan will help you to gradually increase your knowledge and skills in customer service and provide you with a clear path to career growth.
